Shipping Protection

Shipping protection will protect your package from loss or damage, ensuring your package is delivered safely.

• Damage: If your item is damaged in transit, you will receive up to full compensation.
• Loss: If your domestic package is not delivered within 30 days of shipment (60 days for international packages), you will receive up to full compensation.
• Shipping protection also includes carbon offsets for carbon emissions generated in the recipient's destination country.

If your package is damaged or lost during transportation, you can report this issue at 📧 service@luckincup.com. We will track the package for you and process the relevant claims.
After purchase, you will receive an email with details of the Shipping Protection coverage and instructions on how to report the problem.
