Why are ceramic kiln-changed cups so expensive?

🌳The cups are made of lead-free, cadmium-free, high-quality raw clay, which is more expensive than ordinary clay;
🌳The mugs are hand-kneaded by artists to ensure that each cup has a unique shape, and the labor cost is relatively high;
☕The unique kiln-changed glaze process leads to a low yield rate - through 1300° high-temperature firing, the temperature change in the kiln makes the natural change of the glaze color on the surface of the porcelain uncertain, so there will be 3-4 colors out of 10 cups that are out of control, and we will discard them;
🍵Large capacity. Large capacity means increased volume/weight, and ceramic products require protection, which leads to higher shipping costs.
