If your product is defective, immediately let our staff know and we'll send you a replacement.

We are unable to accept returns on retailer purchases, incorrectly purchased products, products damaged due to customer error, non-damaged items, change of mind, and items that have been delivered incorrectly due to customer error.

Returns to USA warehouse are possible only if your product was sent from our USA Wearhouse and sent from America to,Customer pays postage.

Returns to Australia warehouse are possible only if your product was sent from our Australia warehouse and sent from Australia, Customer pays postage.

Refunds
